At noo.ma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new furniture. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, you can return any standard item within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit; items must be in new, unassembled condition.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a courier pickup for larger furniture items at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
